Features of our Omniwheels & Ball Transfer Units

The housing of the ball transfer unit is galvanized or made of stainless steel, depending on the specific model. These rollers are optionally available with steel, stainless steel or plastic balls. The ball transfer units made of solid steel are notabe by a high load capacity of up to 1,500 kg. Our ball transfer units with a sunk-in sheet steel housing and a three-whole flange mounting are suitable for low installation heights. The threaded pins of our "22Z" ball transfer units are available with different pin lengths.

Schwalb's omniwheels are made of high-quality plastic. The multi-directional wheels of the series "03/AWR" are also available complete ensabled, i.e. with a galvanized axle (03/AWR...A). Depending on the version, the omniwheels have a load capacity of 10 kg to 60 kg. They are used wherever goods need to be transported, turned and pushed off.
