Special PU and VU wheels with higher load capacity

We can manufacture polyurethane wheels and Vulkollan® wheels for you for special applications where the normal load-bearing capacity of polyurethane or Vulkollan in approx. 92 Shore A is not sufficient.

These materials have been specially developed for very high loads and can be manufactured for your special heavy-duty project.

Drive wheels with Vulkollan®

We can manufacture special drive wheels with various Vulkollan® coatings, in different Shore hardnesses, including Vulkollan® Shore hardness approx. 96 Shore A, with an additive to reduce the electrical surface resistance (approx. 2.5 x 10 to the power of 8 Ohm).

This means that these wheels roughly meet the specifications for an antistatic wheel. These wheels have already been successfully used several times in aircraft painting systems, including at a major aircraft manufacturer in Canada.
