Our cast iron wheels have been specially developed for use in demanding environments. Made from durable cast iron, they are ideal for heavy industrial applications where extreme loads occur.

Our cast iron castors offer the same stability as our cast iron wheels, but with the added flexibility required for mobile applications. They are ideal for use on transport trolleys and machinery in heavy industry, construction and logistics.

The castors have a housing made of glossy galvanized sheet steel with a double ball ring in the swivel bearing. Some models are also available with a closed swivel head with hardened bearing shells, such as series "LV/GG" and "LV/GK", which ensure low rolling resistance and high resistance to metal swarfs. Series "LM/GG", "BM/GG", "LM/GK" and "BM/GK" also offer a heavy sheet steel housing that can withstand impacts and shocks.

Our cast iron wheels and castors facilitate efficient operation even in challenging conditions. Featuring low rolling resistance and high load capacities, they are adaptable to a diverse array of applications.

Material: high-quality cast iron
Temperature Resistance: optional up to +600°C for special applications.
Bearing: plain bearing bore and heat-resistant deep groove ball bearings for reduced friction.
Rolling Resistance: minimal resistance thanks to hardened bearing shells.

For applications involving heavy loads, we offer our heavy-duty castors with cast iron wheels from series "LSO/GK" and "BSO/GK" (heavy-duty, welded steel). These castors are equipped with a robust welded steel construction and have axial deep groove ball bearings and tapered roller bearings. In addition, our heavy-duty castors series "LSO" and "BSO" are also available with solid steel wheels, which can be provided with different bearing types.
